Bio
I am a PhD student in Interdisciplinary Biological Sciences, starting in Fall 2019. My research focuses on identifying and counteracting biases in RNA-seq computational pipelines. I also perform epidemiological modeling and analysis of public health data to support decision-making in the COVID-19 pandemic, working in the laboratory of Dr. Jaline Gerardin (you can learn about our work here).
