Jules Ottino-Loffler

I’m a recent addition to the lab, I come from a political science/international relations background with a bachelor degree from Northwestern University (2011) and a Master’s degree from Syracuse University (2013). After a year working in NGOs I’ve come in part to expand my knowledge and experience with computational tools and modeling techniques.

My planned research is on Economic Sanctions and looking at state adaptions to constrained behavior.
